Over 30 years of experience in the conference, events and hospitality industry. My expertise includes all aspects of running a successful business as well as managing the resources and people. My motto has always been to exceed expectations, a happy customer is my single most important objective.
My previous marketing, sales, business and consulting experience has honed my ability to think strategically and enhanced my skill to identify and solve problems both creatively and effectively. Having previously run my own small facility, I have also been involved in on-the-job training and skills transfer. Strengths include the setting of strategic objectives as well as budgeting, planning, right through to implementation and project management. Meeting targets, managing staff, customer liaison and general operations are all areas in which I am both highly skilled and capable.
I am an organized, self-motivated individual and enjoy thinking creatively. My attention to detail is a definite strength and is coupled with a natural flair for catering as well as function themes and décor for any special event. I enjoy delivering events with a ‘touch of class’ and always aim to make it a truly memorable and special experience.
